Hi I'm Nayana, as I hit my 40s I became very aware of my changing face - things that I used to take for granted like a firm neck and defined jawline were starting to disappear.

I dreaded looking in the mirror.

I didn't do anything about it at the time as people around me were going through the same thing.  In hindsight we were like sheep; resigned to looking older and older because "that's just what happens in your 40s, 50s and beyond!".

I have since learned this was simply not true.  But I did not know that then.

As a result, I did nothing... and my face and neck looked older and older as a result.

Cosmetic surgery and injections were not an option for me.  All procedures seemed risky, expensive, painful.  Plastic surgeons were not ‘clear’ about risks and long-term issues in those days.

Fast forward 20 years and my husband asked me to try some exercises to tone up my face.  I laughed off the idea at first as it sounded ridiculous.  But when I thought about it more, it made sense - exercise had toned my body, so why wouldn't it tone my face too?

As a result, I invested in a one-on-one training course in facial toning to help me regain my lost youth.  Before I knew it, I started to look like my younger self again despite being in my 60s.

My results were so powerful that I decided to embark on a gruelling practitioners’ course with Eva Fraser to become a facial fitness coach myself.

I am now one of the most effective facial trainers available and often operate a waiting list system as a result.

The younger you are, the faster the results can be. But, I didn't start until my 60s, and whilst the results took a bit longer, they were still very good.

I will work with you to retrain the muscles in your face which could result in a more toned appearance. For the best results, you do need to put the effort in regularly but I will be on hand to offer support and coaching to ensure you are achieving your goals.

To see positive changes, you will need four one-on-one personal training sessions with me.  You will then need to perform your bespoke facial exercise routine 3-5 times a week for 15 minutes each time.  I will be on hand to offer support and coaching to ensure you are achieving your goals. Like with anything, practice makes perfect.
